Out-of-state Students

The Academic Common Market (ACM) program

The ACM program is an inter-state agreement for sharing educational programs and facilities, allowing students to participate in selected programs not offered in their home states without having to pay out-of-state tuition fees. The participating states on the undergraduate level include Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Programs are added to and removed from the ACM on an annual basis. Georgia currently makes program changes annually during the spring.
